Lyrics

The Sky From Where I Live

You should have seen the sky from where I live.
As the early morning fog awakes.
As he yawns and stretches out he breaks.
Then see receives the sun, and with the sky,
the three of them become one.
And I know that this day has begun.

I will walk into it calm or scared.
I know that this time I'm unprepared.
Cause I've never done this part pefore.

They told about where, and what, and how.
I've listened I have watched, I've learned.
But now, I am on my own.
One goes through this alone.
But I will walk if nature leads me.
I'll walk if she will lead me on.

You should have seen the sky from where I live.
As the sun climbs down and sais goodnight.
In between her and electric light,
a missing link is star-diving with just one eye.
It's way off course, but we're not trained
to catch things that are falling from the sky.

I hope someone will catch me if I fall.
When miracles arrive you feel so small.
There are things so big you can't escape them.

They told about where, and what, and how.
I've listened I have watched, I've learned.
But now, I am on my own.
One goes through this alone.
But I will walk if nature leads me.
I'll walk if she will lead me on.
I know she will lead me.
I hope that she will lead me on.
